Scan the QR code
Reads the booking reference, confirms it is paid and for today, and checks the group in.
Search anything
Find a booking by booker name, email, reference or any rider in the party.
Waiver status per rider
See at a glance who has signed and who has not.
Undo in one tap
Checked in the wrong booking? Undo it. Every action is recorded against the signed-in staff member.
Handle problems on the spot
Staff can cancel with a refund, or move a group to another session in the next 30 days.
Stays signed in
Credentials live in the device keychain and the app signs itself back in, so the queue never stalls.
Works offline
- Today's list is saved on the device.
- Check-ins, undos and scans keep working with no signal and are queued, even across an app restart.
- The queue syncs automatically every 15 seconds, when the app returns to the foreground, or on "Sync now".
- If a queued change is rejected (say the booking was cancelled meanwhile) a red banner tells staff.

The Gravity Pass app
It runs on iPhone, iPad, macOS and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with your own staff account.

The same check-in page is in the management portal, so a laptop at the desk works too.
The right access for the job
Give seasonal staff the Operations role. They can check people in and manage bookings, and nothing else.

Every check-in is attributed to a staff member and shown on the booking's timeline.

A mobile-friendly booking site in your colours. Riders pick a day and a session, name their group, pay by card and leave with a QR code.
