Products and categories
Set up a catalogue in a few minutes.
Categories
Group products into categories, put them in the order you want, and give each one a description.
Products with pictures
Add a name, SKU, a formatted description, a price and up to ten pictures. The first is the main one.
Options
Offer sizes, lengths or colours. The rider must pick a choice for every option, and their choices are copied onto the order line for packing.
Past orders never change
An order keeps the name, SKU, options and price as bought, so editing or deleting a product changes nothing about it.
Basket, checkout and postage
A shop that looks like your booking site.
- 1
A basket priced by the server
Every change to the basket is priced by the server, so prices in the browser are never trusted.
- 2
Address lookup
Riders type their address and pick a suggestion to fill in the rest. This uses Google Places through your shop, and falls back to plain fields if you leave it off.
- 3
Postage you set
Add postage methods such as Royal Mail 48 or DPD, each with a fixed cost for the whole order. Riders pick one at checkout, and a cost of zero is shown as Free.
- 4
Pay with Stripe
Checkout takes payment with the Stripe Payment Element, on your own Stripe account.
Vouchers work here too. Switch on "Allow for merchandise" for a voucher and it discounts the goods in the basket, never the postage.
My orders
Riders can follow their orders without an account.
Sign in with a code
A rider enters their email and receives a six-digit code, valid for 10 minutes. It gives the same answer whether or not the address has ordered, so it cannot be used to find out who shops with you.
Order status
They see being prepared, dispatched with a tracking code, or refunded, along with what they bought and where it is going.
Request a cancellation or refund
A rider can send a reason from any paid order that still has money to refund. They are emailed when it is received, declined or refunded.
Fulfilment and refunds
A packing list, not a spreadsheet.
A fulfilment queue
Paid orders that have not been sent, longest waiting first. Open one to see what to pack and where it goes.
Dispatch with tracking
Mark an order as dispatched with its tracking code. It records who did it and emails the customer.
Refund requests are flagged
A request shows as a badge in the order list and in fulfilment, with a warning not to pack it. Refund the order, or decline with a reply.
Search every order
Find orders by reference, email, name, postcode, tracking code, product name or SKU, and filter by status.
Refunds through Stripe
Refund all or part of an order, as many times as needed. Each refund goes to Stripe first and is then recorded, and the customer is emailed.
Unpaid orders tidy themselves
Orders left unpaid for two hours are cancelled and any single-use voucher is given back. A payment that still arrives afterwards is honoured.

Online booking
A mobile-friendly booking site in your colours. Riders pick a day and a session, name their group, pay by card and leave with a QR code.
Check-in
Staff scan the QR code on a rider's confirmation and the whole group is checked in. Use the app on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Android, or the check-in page in your management portal.
Sessions and pricing
Describe your sessions as repeating slots, attach tickets to them, then add season passes, events and vouchers when you need them.
Waivers and safety
One waiver for the whole park, sent to every adult rider as soon as a booking is paid. Riders sign once and are never asked again.
Marketing
Every rider is saved as a customer. New customers are added to Mailchimp or SendGrid automatically, and opt-outs are respected everywhere.
Branding and email
Booking site, shop and emails all carry your logo, your colour and your wording, sent from your own mail server.
Statistics
Built-in statistics for any date range, based on paid bookings. See when riders ride, when they book and what sells, without a spreadsheet.
Security and privacy
Staff roles, strong sign-in, a full audit log, and tools for subject access requests and erasure. Each park runs on its own isolated database.
